Local middle grade author Gabrielle K. Byrne is celebrating the release of her debut middle grade fantasy, Rise of the Dragon Moon with not one but two local launch events.
August 6 at Browser’s Books
The first launch party for Gabrielle K. Byrne‘s book will be held August 6th, 2019 at 5:30pm in Olympia Washington, at Browsers’ Books.
This is going to be a party for both kids and adults. We will have snacks, sips, and other fun freebies. Gabby will be in conversation with writer Martha Brockenbrough, talking about creating fantasy worlds, female leadership, and how writers can pour all the truths they know into stories for the next generation.
August 8 at Third Place Books, Seward Park
The second lunch will be Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 7pm at Third Place Books in Seward Park. This event will feature a conversation between Gabrielle with Margaret Owen, author of The Merciful Crow. Check out the details on the bookstore’s event page.
About the book
